Import/Export Generic Devices

The import for generic devices is used to take over the existing data point configuration of a third-party device and to integrate the third-party device into e!COCKPIT in this way. The data point configuration can be created manually in Excel or supplied directly by the third-party manufacturer.
In addition, the data point configuration of a third-party device can also be carried out directly in the e!COCKPIT interface without import. This configuration can in turn be exported again, edited, passed on and/or re-imported as required.
