Use Predefined Default Workspaces

There are two default workspaces to choose from, which already offer a predefined window configuration for different work tasks:

  1. To select a default workspace, open the “VIEW” tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click the [Manage] button.
  3. Select the required default “Network/Devices” or “Programming” workspace under “Default Workspaces”.
  1. The workspace is adapted accordingly based on your selection.

If you select a project template from the Backstage view, "New" page, one of the two default workspaces opens automatically, depending on whether it is a project for configuration or a project for creating a library. This also applies when opening corresponding projects.
